¶ What is ChromaSet and what is it used for?
ChromaSet includes a 7-inch tablet designed to smartly manage 3D printers. The tablet operates as a Linux-based computer with powerful hardware and hosts the Klipper software. This enables it to accelerate and connect standard 3D printers without Klipper capability to the internet. Converting your printer to Klipper with ChromaPad is quite easy as it comes with a Setup Wizard. ChromaPad, capable of controlling up to 8 3D printers simultaneously, derives its power from the embedded 4-core Amlogic S905x3 processor and 2 GB of RAM. Additionally, it provides printers with color printing capability through its 4 extruder motor control sockets. The primary feature that distinguishes ChromaPad from other Klipper pads is color printing. Moreover, ChromaPad stands out as the most powerful pad on the market in terms of hardware.
ChromaPad comes with an interface software called ChromaScreen, which aims to present the set's functions in a user-friendly manner. This interface software provides unique features such as multi-extruder control, color printing, and multi-printer control.
ChromaSet, referred to as ChromaHead, also includes a print head with a filament cutting mechanism. ChromaHead is specially designed for color and fast printing and is intended to be compatible with most 3D printers on the market. It includes specially designed connection parts for each 3D printer system. All parts have a modular structure, making maintenance and part replacement quite easy. CX-I Extruder is a filament feed mechanism designed for high-speed printing with strong gripping capability. ChromaSet includes 4 CX-I Extruders. It has a mandrel structure capable of withstanding high strength.
