Co Print, as we know, is a module that allows us to use up to 7 materials in a single print. Correct positioning of the different materials we will use in printing is one of the important criteria for printing. If we keep this distance too much, the filaments will get stuck inside the 7-1 module, if we keep this distance short, we will have extrusion problems in our printing. That's why we must be as sensitive as possible at these distances.
Before we start multicolor printing with Co Print, we must advance the filaments through the PTFE tubes to the 7-1 module. You should protrude each filament about 15mm from the PTFE tube, But don't forget to advance the filament up to the nozzle with whichever filament your print starts with!
Also, do not forget that you must advance the PTFE tube to the very end of the fitting. Thus, the filament will not remain in the fitting.
A critical suggestion; If you want to learn where to leave the filaments correctly;
Start your print first, then wait for the first color to recede when the first color is finished printing. Then, when the selective roller starts to hold the next roller, remove the PTFE tube with the first color from the union and adjust all the other filaments according to the position of the first filament.
